Privacy policy

The short version

We collect nothing. Strata has no accounts, no analytics, no tracking and no servers of ours. Your questions and answers — a private record of how you change over the years — never leave your iPhone.

What the app stores, and where

Your record — every question you write and every answer you give — is stored on your iPhone and nowhere else. There is no cloud, no sync and no account. Nothing is uploaded to us or to anyone.
No network. Strata does not connect to the internet to do its job. It sends nothing about you, your words or your usage anywhere.
The annual reminder is a local notification scheduled on your device, on the date you choose. It runs entirely on your iPhone; no reminder service of ours is involved.
Purchases are processed by Apple. We receive no name, address or payment details.

This website

No cookies, no analytics, no embedded third-party content. The web server keeps standard technical access logs (IP address, time, page) for operation and security, retained briefly and used for nothing else (our legitimate interest in running and protecting the site).

Your rights (GDPR)

Because we hold no personal data about you, there is usually nothing for us to access, correct, port or delete — your record lives on your own device, in your hands. You still have the full set of rights under the GDPR (access, rectification, erasure, restriction, objection, portability). If you believe we do hold something, or have any privacy question, contact us and we’ll respond promptly.
